Sometimes it is clear that we procrastinate for the bad reasons. However today, I want to approach this “problem” in a positive way.
Firstly, what is procrastination?
The art of escaping the work?
The art of dissimulation?
The “PSYCO101—anxiety and stress management”?
NO, NOT TODAY!!!
From now till the end of the day:
It is the art of listening to your body.
It is the art of saying no.
It is the pause I needed.
Prevent yourself from always pursuing the future so you don’t lose track of what’s happening at this moment.
Acknowledge what are your present needs. You may have to take a step back to finish the run without falling or find yourself in a desert with only two “skittles” left.
Everyone needs sometimes to say:
“Long hair, don’t care!”
I do think, has human beings, we should be more interested in the present. There is no such thing has living life constantly expecting the future to be now, but just truly feeling like we are in the past. Live in the present it’s way simpler. Once in a while forget your responsibilities, my friend.
