Artworks (other than clothing) ONLY

To become eligible to the following guarantee, you have to contact us at this email address and explain the current situation and why you want to return the artwork.

We ensure you that we will always act in your best interest. We have a reputation of high quality and integrity and it will be reflected in our relationship.

The guarantee that is offered to all our customers pertaining to artworks is as follow:

30 days reimbursement guarantee upon return of the artworks in question; 30 day period starting when the artwork in question as been delivered to your billing address. The reimbursement includes only; tax paid on purchase, price paid for the artwork and shipping and packaging fees.

To claim the reimbursement you have to contact us before sending the artwork back to us; we will provide you with the right address to be sent back, BUT all shipping and packaging fees will be paid by you. The artwork as to be returned in the same condition as it has been received at your billing address. You will not be refunded until we have received the artwork and concluded that it is in the same condition as when we sold it to you. We ensure that we will act as soon as possible and that we are always there to answer your questions and concerns.

The following apply for the clothing line ONLY 

We’ll exchange your unworn, unwashed and undamaged item for another one or for a credit on a subsequent purchase. In the case of a manufacturing defect, we’ll proceed to a full refund.

Here is a checklist for your consideration to see if you are eligible for a refund or an exchange:

  • Respectable packaging
  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Undamaged
  • Order date within the past 3 weeks

We may make an exception and provide you with a full refund in special cases. Don’t be shy, let us know your concerns.
